Apple, today, has released the long-anticipated iPhone 5 as well as an updated iPod touch and iPod nano line!

The iPhone 5, which is a moniker used for a new iPhone as far back as 2010, has finally made its way to reality today when Apple announced its latest iPhone.

Here’s the scoop on Apple’s announcement today, broken down by each product:

iPhone 5

Pre-orders start September 14th. Available for purchase September 21st.
16GB – $199, 32GB – $299, 64GB – $399

iPod touch

Pre-orders start September 14, available in October
32GB – $299, 64GB – $399

iPod nano

Pre-orders start September 14th
16GB – $149

Apple has also announced that iOS 6 will be available to download on September 19th. The new software will add new features to Siri, Maps, Safari, iCloud and much more. iOS 6 will be a free download for the following devices: iPhone 4S, 4, 3GS, new iPad, iPad 2 and 4th generation iPod touch.
