-Rose must protect the timeline, the layering within the story was brilliantly done
-Alice, Etta’s teacher and Guardian from way back
-Cyrus Ironwood is a horrible person. Sorry, not sorry.
-His mission is to save his wife as an afterthought. Power first, love second.
-Time travel is not as flexible here, which is even more exciting
-Hassan a cousin, uncle, distant relation who saves the day more than once
