DC Comics has released a first look photo of television’s newest incarnation of Robin, who will headline the live-action Titans series.

We previously reported that Brenton Thwaites will portray Dick Grayson, aka Robin, in Titans, DC’s live action Teen Titans series that will debut on the upcoming DC-branded digital service. Now we’re getting our first look at Thwaites suited up as Robin.

Check out the photo below:

The suit was designed by costume designer Laura Jean Shannon, who has created superhero costumes for Black Lightning and Iron Man as well as working on large-scale projects like The Jungle Book.

Titans will debut in 2018 and is being executive produced by Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns, Greg Berlanti and Sarah Schechter.

The series “follows a group of young soon-to-be Super Heroes recruited from every corner of the DC Universe. In this action-packed series, Dick Grayson emerges from the shadows to become the leader of a fearless band of new heroes, including Starfire, Raven and many others.”

It is described as “a dramatic, live-action adventure series that will explore and celebrate one of the most popular comic book teams ever.”
