New teaser posters for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles feature each of the boys’ weapons clenched in their hands.
Each of the turtles’ colors are prominent within each TMNT poster and should be easily recognizable to the fans. Take a look:
Michelangelo
Donatello
Raphael
Leonardo
We recently got our first trailer for the film, which actually looked fairly good despite fans being critical of director Michael Bay being the film’s producer. But now that Megan Fox and Will Arnett are heading back for reshoots, and characters are having their voices entirely changed, the studio must be getting a little worried.
The trailer did quite well in the younger demographics and that will most likely be the film’s main focus despite other adaptations focusing on the 13-25 demo. They shouldn’t have a problem pulling in audience members when a younger demo film like Frozen just broke into the box office’s top ten highest grossing films.
The synopsis for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reads, “The city needs heroes. Darkness has settled over New York City as Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. The future is grim until four unlikely outcast brothers rise from the sewers and discover their destiny as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The Turtles must work with fearless reporter April O’Neil (Megan Fox) and her wise-cracking cameraman Vern Fenwick (Will Arnett) to save the city and unravel Shredder’s diabolical plan.”
The film will open in theaters August 8, 2014 and stars Will Arnett and Megan Fox. Check out the first trailer now!
