‘Teen Wolf’ season 3, episode 16 promo: ‘They could’ve killed him’

In the promo for Teen Wolf season 3, episode 16, “Illuminated,” a group of creepy people in masks crash a black light party in Derek’s loft.

Episode 16 of Teen Wolf promises to extend what we saw on the last episode, “Galvanized.” As Beacon Hills deals with the blackout caused by Kira’s mysterious abilities, some of its residents think their time is best put to use covering themselves in neon paint and dancing the night away.

And who are we to argue? Watch the 20-second preview below.

“What if she’s like me?” Scott asks, talking about Kira, and we can see the desperation and the hope on his face. Could Scott have found a girl who would finally understand him on a supernatural level? Or is he just worried about making sure she doesn’t lose control, like he did when he first gained his powers?

Meanwhile, it looks like the young adults of Beacon Hills are having a great time dancing around in Derek’s loft, covered in neon paint. We see Allison and Isaac almost kiss, and Stiles is actually kissing a mysterious girl in a wig.

At the same time, the creepy guys in masks show up and attack the twins. They don’t look completely solid, though — could they be another hallucination? The only problem with that theory is that it seems as if Kira might have seen them too.

“They could’ve killed him, Dad,” Allison says, speaking of the men in masks who attacked Isaac at the end of the last episode. “But they didn’t,” Chris replies. “And I think there was a reason why.”
