Team StarKid (or at least the NYC branch) performed their latest musical Twisted: The Untold Story of a Royal Vizier in concert at 54 Below on Monday, March 17. We caught the second of the two performances.

Team StarKid released their latest musical Twisted on November 28, and in addition to a traditional original cast recording, the group have created Twisted: Twisted, an album of pop-style covers and demos of songs from the show.

While it always seems impossible for Starkid to top what they’ve already done, Twisted may be one of their best shows yet.

July 4 marked the opening night of Team StarKid’s new musical Twisted, appearing at Chicago’s Greenhouse Theater in a sold-out run until July 28. The Twisted StarKids will feature as guest columnists for Playbill throughout the month of July.
