‘Skyrim’ DLC coming to PS3 in February

Skyrim‘s downloadable content is due to be released for the PlayStation 3 next month, Bethesda has confirmed. The latest piece of DLC, Dragonborn is also due to be released next month on PC.

Bethesda release ‘Dragonborn’ screenshots

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim‘s next batch of downloadable content, Dragonborn, is set to release next month. Bethesda has released a few new screenshots that give us glimpses of the island of Solstheim, some of its wildlife and of course, some dragon riding.

Rumour: Next ‘Skyrim’ DLC named ‘Dragonborn’, set in Solstheim

The third batch of downloadable content for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim looks to be the most substantial of the lot, reportedly featuring dragon mounts and mounted spell casting. It also appears that Elder Scrolls players will be able to revisit the island of Solstheim for the first time since its appearance in Bloodmoon, The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind‘s second expansion.

Bethesda unsure of ‘Skyrim’ DLC’s Playstation 3 fate

Skyrim downloadable content started being added to the Xbox 360 version of the game back in June, but there’s still no date for Dawnguard‘s release on Sony’s PlayStation 3. A post by Bethesda’s community manager on the official forums did little to reassure Skyrim fans that the DLC is headed to PS3 anytime soon.
