Bruce Springsteen appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon Tuesday to promote his new album High Hopes, and poked fun at New Jersey Governor Chris Christie’s bridge scandal.

In a move that makes us love New Jersey governor Chris Christie, the state is vetoing a tax credit for Jersey Shore because, in Christie’s words, “I am duty-bound to ensure that taxpayers are not footing a $420,000 bill for a project which does nothing more than perpetuate misconceptions about the state and its citizens.”
