“Spider-Man, Spider-Man. Does whatever a spider can!” That’s right, folks! Spider-Man: Homecoming is going the classic route with the theme song.
Music plays a large part in many of Marvel’s movies, whether it’s Iron Man’s classic rock vibes or Guardians of the Galaxy’s vibrant ’80s playlist. Homecoming, which is a teamup between Sony and Marvel, is no different.
Taking to Twitter, Oscar-winning composer Michael Giacchino shared a first look at the film’s score, which features the iconic theme song from the 1967 Spider-Man cartoon. Listen below:

This will be the first film to incorporate this theme song into the score. It certainly plays into the younger take on Spider-Man and could be a lot of fun within the context of the movie. What do you think?
