Try not to cry while watching the trailer for ‘Queer Eye: We’re in Japan!’

The Fab Five are gearing up to bring their skills to Tokyo, and now, you can get a taste for what’s in store for Queer Eye: We’re in Japan! by checking out the first trailer for the four-part special.

Queer Eye has conquered America, and now, Karamo, Antoni, Bobby, Tan and Jonathan are crossing the ocean to help four Japanese heroes transform their lives.

Queer Eye: We’re in Japan! won’t just feature more of the same heartfelt transformations we’ve come to know and love. In addition, we’ll also get to see the Fab Five experience Japanese cuisine, fashion, design, grooming, and culture first hand.

Check out the first trailer for the special season to get a sneak peek with regards to what you can expect from the four episodes coming your way next month!

In addition to releasing the first trailer for the special season on Monday (October 7), Netflix also treated fans to a bit more information with regards to who Karamo, Antoni, Jonathan, Bobby and Tan will be meeting.

YOKO, 57 – JAPANESE HOLIDAY  
Sweet hospice nurse Yoko has given up on “being a woman” and surrendered to neglect. But the Fab Five will show her just how much she deserves love.

KAN, 27 – CRAZY IN LOVE  
Struggling to live his truth as a proud, out gay man in Japan, Kan must find the fearlessness to be himself — and introduce his boyfriend to family.

KAE, 23 – THE IDEAL WOMAN 
Bullied since childhood, manga artist Kae discovers the strength to break through the negativity, with encouragement from Naomi Watanabe and the gang.

MAKOTO, 35 – BRINGING SEXY BACK
Painfully shy radio director Makoto longs to reconnect with himself, his passions and his wife. Enter the Fab Five, who urge him to live out loud.

Queer Eye: We’re in Japan!, featuring model and actress Kiko Mizuhara as the Fab Five’s guide, plus comedian Naomi Watanabe as their special guest, premieres globally via Netflix on November 1.
