The large groups of people standing around that Starbucks staring at their phones are probably catching extremely rare Pokémon.
Pokémon Go players looking to fill in the remaining legendaries in their Pokédex are in luck. Today, the Generation One legendary Moltres has been released to the game as a level 5 raid boss. If you’re just picking up the game for the first time since last summer, raid bosses are powerful Pokémon that need a group of people to defeat to then get a chance to capture for yourself. Legendaries are unable to be placed in gyms, however.

Generation Two legendary Lugia was released during Go Fest a few weeks ago. Generation One legendary Articuno was also released, though Niantic CEO John Hanke confirmed in a statement that Articuno will no longer be available as a raid boss as of today. So, if you didn’t get your Articuno you may be out of luck, at least for now.
According to Hanke’s statement, players will be able to raid and potentially capture Moltres starting today, July 31 to August 7. The final Generation One legendary Zapdos will be available as a raid boss from August 7 to August 14.

Moltres, a fire type Pokémon, will be a welcomed addition to many Pokémon Go players.
