Avatar: The Last Airbender season 1, episode 15, “Bato of the Water Tribe”:
-Ariana’s synopsis SLAYS this week.
-Did our feelings about Sokka change after his backstory?
-Did we think Sokka and Katara’s dad was dead?
-Are we excited to meet him?
-What did we think of Sokka’s man-test?
-Sokka knows a lot more than we initially thought he did.
-If you’re going to eavesdrop, Aang, at least fully commit to the task.
-Was it fair that Sokka and Katara decided to leave Aang?
-What are the water tribe people up to?
-What did we think of June?
-Is June Team Zutara?
-Why was Iroh so creepy this episode?
-There was some nun disruption.
-Was the fight sequence too long?
-And let’s not forget about the animal’s fight, too!
-And then we talk about the ending.
-How important is Katara’s necklace?
-Favorite scenes.
-Favorite lines.

Avatar: The Last Airbender season 1, episode 16, “The Deserter”:
-It is really stupid to go to the fire festival when everyone is looking for you.
-What do we think about the fire nation people, rather than the army?
-That one dude is very forgettable.
-Controlling fire is so different from controlling the other elements.
-Brittany would use her fire powers for very honorable reasons. (Not really.)
-What about the rest of us?
-Can Roku be wrong?
-There are some serious Kung Fu Panda parallels here.
-Did we realize the order of learning the elements was so important?
-Were we surprised Aang wasn’t ready?
-Did we think someone was going to get hurt because of Aang?
-Katara has a healing ability!
-Did Aang really learn his lesson?
-Haha, Admiral Zhao is so dumb.
-Favorite scenes.
-Favorite lines.
