Superfans: Caitlin and Karen
Newbies: Ariana and Mitch

Fun Facts:

Ariana is enjoying some peppermint hot chocolate that is not from Starbucks, Mitch cannot stop singing the praises of the White Hot Chocolate at Starbucks, Karen is back home in New York and apparently has a history of cheating as a child that she refuses to believe, and Caitlin is excited to be making ricotta cookies as soon as they finish recording.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer season 5, episode 4, “Out of My Mind”:
-Synopsis
-Thoughts on Riley.
-Is Riley on his way out?
-Buffy’s speech at the end was definitely a highlight of this episode.
-Spike most definitely wants to go back to being a full vampire.
-That dream man. Did you know it wasn’t real? Or did you buy into it?
-Is Spuffy going to be a thing?
-Has Spike been trying to get Buffy’s attention this whole season? Does he have feelings? Does SHE?
-Harmony, Harmony, Harmony. There are definitely some mixed feelings on Harmony.
-Why did Harmony go to Spike for help?
-Mitch is getting a lot of Evil Tara vibes.
-Could she be responsible for Dawn?
-Joyce has a moment where she definitely didn’t know what was going on with Dawn.
-What exactly is going on with Dawn?!?!

Angel season 2, episode 4, “Untouched”:
-Synopsis
-The newbies don’t really know what is going on with Darla right now. Is she actually there? Is it all just a dream?
-We are so ready for these Angel/Darla sex dreams to be over.
-Darla’s voice: Weird, cool, creepy? We can’t decide.
-Caitlin fun fact: This episode is where she gave up her last rewatch.
-Bethany: brunette, telekinetic, damaged character with a tragic backstory.
Angel writers definitely didn’t pull any punches this episode with Bethany’s backstory.
-We were definitely impressed with Daisy McCracken’s performance.
-If you screw up at Wolfram and Hart, you lose limbs, probably your head.
-Why does anyone work there?!?!
-Lila vs. Lindsay: Do we find them equally interesting?
-It wouldn’t be an Angel discussion without a little Cordy talk. We just love her.
-Cordy wants to pay Gunn, and watching that all go down was just hysterical.
-Bethany confronts her father, takes control of her power, and escapes Lila and Wolfram and Hart.
-We would be happy to have Bethany back at some point.

Listener Feedback:
-Xander has a twin? Well, Nicholas Brendon does and they used him for those complicated scenes in “The Replacement.”
-We are happy to have an episode to get you through Christmas and we’ll be back pretty much on schedule for the new year!
-We love when listeners appreciate our differing thoughts and opinions on Buffy and Angel.
