-Initial Reaction: Thumbs up/thumbs down
-Favorite Quotes
-We’ve got some major issues with the dreamscape interactions between Belle and Gideon.
-And even more problems with Belle’s naive following of a random thread. That could have been a trap set by Rumpel or anyone else.
-We love the Disney-fied version of Belle with all the books, but Once Upon a Time seems to be using that as a crutch and it makes Belle seem weak.
-Do we like Belle’s sending Gideon away to be safe? It’s painful, but it might be what’s best for Gideon.
-Rumpel’s temper tantrum… sigh.
-“I would never hurt you.” Discuss.
-Brittany had positive reactions to a partial Rumpel plotline. It does happen occasionally.
-Does Belle remember what went on in the flashbacks? Baby-stealing should be a relationship deal breaker.
-Black Fairy everyone. We are so here for her and her rogue-fairy-ness.
-Rumpel confronts his mother about her abandonment.
-The Emma vs Evil Queen showdown promises to be one hell of a battle.
-Emma’s discovery of the sword in this episode is definitely a step in the right direction.
-We’re glad that Emma is starting to figure out what being the Savior really means to her.
-That Regina/Zelena confrontation was intense.
-Regina identifies as a hero, which is a big step for her, but she might not have the whole concept down yet.
-Jasmine and Aladdin use the lamp and… nothing. Nada. No genie.
-Aladdin dons the genie’s cuffs and is now our new genie, but we don’t get to see him.
-Poor David spent this episode in bed. Are they now doing the day shift/night shift thing?
-We’re pretty excited for the AU episode next week. Especially since Henry is going to be involved.
-An email from Listener Kendra addresses that nod to Robin Williams that we totally didn’t see, and some complicated Rumpel/Belle/Rumbelle thoughts.
