Pitch Perfect 3 won’t be hitting theaters until later next month, but fans who just can’t wait to see what the Bellas get up to in the threequel can perhaps quench their thirst for a-capella awesomeness with a brand new music video.
The cast of Pitch Perfect 3 teamed up with this year’s top 12 hopefuls on The Voice for a very special music video collaboration which was featured on Tuesday (November 21) night’s episode of NBC’s hit singing competition.
In the new video, we’re treated to a fun mash-up of Pitch Perfect’s breakout hit “Cups” and George Michael’s “Freedom! ’90!”
The music video may have made its worldwide premiere on The Voice, but if you didn’t catch the big moment on live television, you can check out the music video for yourself right now below:
Actresses Anna Camp, Brittany Snow, Anna Kendrick, Hailee Steinfeld, Hana Mae Lee, Ester Dean, and Chrissie Fit were all on hand to participate alongside The Voice contestants for the video.
Though the Bellas had quite the turn out, we couldn’t help but notice that Rebel Wilson (who plays the unforgettable Fat Amy in the hit franchise) was notably absent from the shoot.
There’s also a bit of good news for those of you who intend to purchase your tickets for Pitch Perfect 3 in advance. If you purchase tickets for the musical comedy on Fandango, you’ll get a free download of “Freedom! ’90 x Cups” after you buy your tickets.
