Continuing its Halloween trend, Paranormal Activity 5 will see an October 25, 2013 release.

Paranormal Activity 4, which opened October 19 and earned $135.5 million, left viewers with a massive cliffhanger and then a post-credits scene hinting at a future spin-off to appease the series’ Latino audience. Paranormal Activity 5 will be produced by Jason Blum who’s had the title for every film in the series to date.

Directors Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman have said in past interviews that they have an idea as to where Paranormal Activity is headed, and they are presumed to be back for 5 in some way if not directors.

Will you continue to see Paranormal films, or have their charm (and spook) burned out for you?
