Great news, One Day At A Time fans — we finally know when we’ll get the Alvarez family back on our screens for season 4!
The road to One Day At A Time season 4 hasn’t come without a few bumps.
Between Netflix choosing to pull the plug on the hit Latinx family sitcom after just three seasons, months of waiting for news of whether or not another network would swoop in to save the show, and Pop TV coming in clutch to pick up One Day At A Time for a fourth season, it’s safe to say it’s been a bit of a year for ODAAT fans.
The good news is, it turns out we won’t have much longer to wait before familia Alvarez is back on our television screens right where they belong.
TV Line reports that One Day At A Time season 4 will officially premiere via Pop TV sometime in March of 2020.
The network officially announced the series’ March 2020 premiere date on Sunday (November 10) at Vulture Festival, where the entire cast was on hand to participate in a panel to celebrate the series.
So, what can we expect from One Day At A Time season 4? It sounds as though we’ll have to wait a bit longer for details.
According to Deadline, who was in attendance at the series’ Vulture Fest panel, showrunner Mike Royce revealed that the ODAAT creative team “would be meeting with Pop and Sony late next week” to figure out the game plan for season 4.
Like the rest of you One Day At A Time fans out there, we’ll be looking forward to following along on with season 4 news as production on the next crop of episodes picks up steam between now and March!
