Nick Jonas is gearing up to make his grand return to NBC’s The Voice!
Fans of The Voice who’ve been itching to see Nick Jonas take another stab at coaching will soon get to do so.
On Tuesday (November 17), NBC’s hit singing competition series took to Twitter to announce that Jonas would officially be returning as the fourth coach for The Voice season 20.
Jonas joins returning coaches Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, Blake Shelton, all of whom are signed on to return for another round.
In fact, Shelton, Clarkson, and Legend were all on hand to help spread the word of Jonas’ return. The season 20 judges all took part in a fun announcement video that kicks off with Shelton, Clarkson, and Legend walking down the hall and ruminating over who might be joining them next season as the fourth coach.
Jonas appears when they round the corner and from there, the announcement video slips into the singer’s subconscious as he talks about what he’s been doing to prepare since he last appeared on the series.

“Warriors never sleep. I’m back and ready to win this thing,” added Jonas via his own tweet. “See you next season on The Voice!!”
Nick Jonas made his debut on the hit singing competition series as a coach back in season 18 where his artist, Thunderstorm Artis, ended up finishing in third place overall. Shelton’s artist, Todd Tilghman, ended up being crowned the victor in season 18, so it likely comes as no shock to viewers that Jonas put an extra emphasis on coming for the country star when he makes his grand return to The Voice for season 20.
The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on NBC.
