A new generation of Ducks are about to take flight in The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers over at Disney+.
Disney+ is gearing up to breathe new life into its hit 90s franchise, The Mighty Ducks.
On Thursday (January 28), the streamer revealed a brand new teaser trailer for its forthcoming series, The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers, in addition to announcing series would be premiering in late March.
Set nearly three decades after the original movie debuted, the forthcoming Disney+ original series stars Lauren Graham (Gilmore Girls) and original franchise star Emilio Esteves, who returns to reprise his unforgettable role as the legendary Coach Gordon Bombay.
Minnesota once again serves as the backdrop for the next chapter in the Ducks saga. This time around, it’s the Ducks who’ve turned into Hawks, evolving from the scrappy underdog team we first met, into an ultra-competitive powerhouse youth hockey team.

When 12-year-old Evan Morrow (Brady Noon) gets cut from the team, he and his mom Alex (Graham) set out to build their own team of misfits. They’re not going at it alone though. As the trailer shows, it’s not long before they recruit the help of none other than Coach Bombay himself.
The series features a talented new team of up-and-coming young actors including Brady Noon , Maxwell Simkins, Swayam Bhatia, Luke Islam, Kiefer O’Reilly, Taegen Burns, Bella Higginbotham, and DJ Watts.
