Gotham season 3, episode 16, “These Delicate and Dark Obsessions,” airs Monday! Here are a few spoiler free teases from the episode to get you ready!
Penguin & Ivy are everything
The best thing about this episode, hands down, is Penguin and Ivy’s interactions. Maggie Geha is hilarious as Ivy and her teen attitude towards Penguin is certainly entertaining to watch. I wasn’t sure what would end up happening with these two but it becomes clear that they’re actually quite alike. Whether or not Penguin likes it, he could actually learn a lot from Ivy.
The episode also shows off some of Ivy’s skills with plants and how she’s growing in her own right. She’s no where near as skilled as some of the other baddies around her but she’s definitely on her way.
The Court of Owls moves forward with their plans
Those pesky Owls have swapped out Bruce but they’re not done yet. Their plans have just begun and they’re on the move to bring some big changes to Gotham city. In the episode Gordon’s uncle is still trying to find a way to bring them down, but the Owl’s are a force to be reckoned with.
Bruce gets some interesting lessons
Bruce might be in the middle of nowhere but that doesn’t mean that he’s going to stop his journey towards becoming Batman. He might technically be a prisoner right now, but there are some important and interesting lessons to be learned while he’s being held captive.
Indian Hill
Indian Hill isn’t out of the picture yet. The storyline was brought back briefly when Jerome was brought back to life. But we still don’t know what happened to the rest of them that are presumably still out there. A bit of the Indian Hill storyline was brought up again in the episode so answers might be around the corner.
