‘Game of Thrones’
“What the fuck’s a ‘Lommy’?”
Game of Thrones season 4, episode 1
Sandor Clegane (A.K.A. The Hound): The Hound and Arya continue to journey together, and Arya spies Polliver, the man who killed one of her friends, Lommy, and stole her sword. She mentions it and the Hound doesn’t recognize the unusual name. By the end of the scene, Arya kills Polliver, avenges Lommy, regains her sword, and knocks another name off her list of vengeance.
‘Once Upon A Time’
Hook: “Perhaps I can talk to (Henry).”
Emma: “About what? Leather conditioner and eyeliner?”
Once Upon A Time season 3, episode 16
Emma and Hook: Emma doesn’t know how to talk to Henry about his now deceased father. Hook suggests that he could have a go, and Emma is doubtful that the conversation will be meaningful.
‘Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’
“We’ll fly in there and face the music – even if it is the Hydra theme song.
Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 1, episode 17
Agent Coulson: Never let them see you sweat in a business suit. In usual laid back fashion, Coulson sums up a typical S.H.I.E.L.D. situation when he, and everyone in the plane, is being pulled into the hub as the Hydra takes over.
“The Facts of Life, it’s amazing, it’s about this old redheaded lady who runs this boarding school for lesbians, but I think the lesbian school burns down and so old redheaded lady opened up this pot dispensary called Edna’s Edibles. They all work there.”
Glee season 5, episode 16
Sam Evans: Sam is sitting on the sofa chowing down a seemingly endless supply of cereal while giving his impression of the 1980’s sitcom The Facts of Life. His usual goofiness is a turn-on for Mercedes.
Mellie: “Forgive me for thinking the White House doctor, a man who serves under my husband’s command, could respect doctor-patient confidentiality… I want his head on fire, and I wanna see him burn!
Scandal season 3, episode 17
Mellie Grant: Mellie rages to Olivia about the breach in doctor/patient confidentiality. When Olivia isn’t exactly sympathetic, Mellie lets Olivia know that she isn’t fooling around, and this time and means business.
