Family Guy and Bob’s Burgers will both be sticking around on Fox for the foreseeable future!
In a statement sent out on Wednesday (September 23), Fox announced that it has picked up hit animated series Family Guy and Bob’s Burgers for two additional seasons each.
The renewal news means both animated series will be sticking around on Fox through 2023.
Word of the two year renewal for both series couldn’t have come at a better time for TV fans who tune in to Fox’s Animation Domination block on Sunday nights— especially given that this Sunday, September 27 marks the kick off of a brand new season with all new episodes.
In a statement announcing their decision to renew both series for two seasons each, the network lauded both animated comedies as “key pillars of [their] success.”
“By taking the genre to new heights and driving pop culture in meaningful ways, they’ve laid the foundation for making Animation Domination one of the most powerful program blocks in all of television,” said Michael Thron, President, Entertainment for Fox Entertainment.
“Both of these two-season renewals affirm once again our commitment to animation and empower us to continue in our build as the leader in the space with distinct and fresh new comedies.”
Additionally, both series took to Twitter to share the good news with fans far and wide.

Season 11 of Bob’s Burgers kicks off this Sunday, September 27 at 9 p.m., followed by the Season 18 premiere of Family Guy at 9:30 p.m., on Fox.
