On Thursday (May 13), Netflix took to its socials to announce that Enola Holmes 2 is officially on the way.
Stars Millie Bobby Brown (Stranger Things) and Henry Cavill (Zack Snyder’s Justice League) are already on board to return to reprise their roles as Enola and Sherlock Holmes, respectively.
Also on board to return for the next installment are director Harry Bradbeer and screenwriter Jack Thorne.

In addition, Brown (who also serves as a producer on the project via her PCMA Productions banner) released a statement in which she expressed her excitement over news of the sequel.
“I can’t wait to collaborate again with my Enola Holmes family! Enola holds a special place in my heart – she’s strong, fearless, intelligent and brave,” said the Stranger Things vet. “I look forward to fans seeing how her journey continues!”
Currently, there’s no word on when we might expect to see Enola Holmes 2 debut via Netflix.
