The CW’s Superman & Lois has soared itself right into a season 2 renewal.
Fans of The CW’s newest Arrowverse series can rest easy knowing that the Man of Steel and everyone’s favorite Daily Planet reporter are here to stay.
According to Variety, the network has officially renewed Superman & Lois for a season 2.

The series, which stars Tyler Hoechlin as the Man of Steel himself and Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane was an instant hit for The CW, raking in some impressive ratings during its season premiere event.
In a statement announcing the renewal news, CW CEO Mark Pedowitz spoke of the series’ stellar numbers across both traditional television as well as streaming.
“The phenomenal multiplatform debut of ‘Superman & Lois,’ which delivered for us in a big way on both a linear and streaming basis, is a testament to the creativity, hard work and dedication of the talented people who worked tirelessly in front of and behind the camera, especially in this challenging environment,” said Pedowitz. “We are thrilled to now have two brand-new bonafide hits in Superman & Lois and Walker, both of which have been renewed for next season along with 11 other of our shows, further positioning us for continued strength and stability for next season.”
Meanwhile, the series took to its official Twitter account to share the good news about today’s renewal with fans far and wide.
