Cobra Kai fans will officially be getting season 3 much earlier than expected!
Fans waiting on pins and needles to find out what comes next as part of Cobra Kai season 3 won’t be left waiting for much longer.
The series, which was originally slated to hit Netflix on January 8, has officially had its season 3 premiere moved up to New Years Day.
The show shared the exciting news of the new season 3 premiere date with fans in the form of a fun new promo video that finds William Zabka as Johnny Lawrence lamenting over the fact that season 3 is still a couple of weeks away from premiering.
“Nah, too long,” he mutters while reading over the season 3 details on the Netflix page for the show. After that, the camera zooms into the computer screen where we see Johnny switch the season 3 premiere date from January 8 to January 1.
“Cobra Kai season 3 now drops January 1 only on Netflix so QUIET! Happy Holidays, dorks.— Johnny Lawrence,” tweeted out the official series Twitter account on Christmas Eve along with the promo video.
