‘American Horror Story: Coven’ twirls back with Stevie Nicks

All your life, have you ever seen a woman taken by the wind? Check out an exclusive clip from American Horror Story: Coven below to come close!

American Horror Story: Coven returns tomorrow night with their tenth episode entitled, “The Magical Delights of Stevie Nicks.” In a rare move for FX, American Horror Story: Coven has released an exclusive clip featuring the White Witch herself, Stevie Nicks.

For fans and Coven star Lily Rabe alike, this moment is one you will want to savor every last drop of. The clip features Misty Day, known Nicks enthusiast, receiving a private shawl twirling lesson from the music legend.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly Ryan Murphy remarks:

We have Stevie for another. Stevie will be in episode 10 and then we have Stevie for another one, doing an idea that she came up with that I thought was too perfect to say no to. Hilariously, Stevie read some of the scripts and called up and said “Are you aware that one of the things you’re doing I actually wrote a song about?” I’m like, “You’ve got to be kidding.” Then I remembered the song. We have something cool that was her idea.

Ryan Murphy bleeds the lines with his other hit success Glee in this episode. Murphy and Nicks have a developed a professional relationship after Murphy dedicated an entire Glee episode to the Fleetwood Mac album, Rumours. Nicks appeared on set, though only behind the scenes when Naya Rivera, Heather Morris, and Gwenyth Paltrow filmed “Landslide.”

Viewers can only hope that Nicks will grace audiences with a performance, or two, before Fiona suspects she is the next supreme and takes her life. Judging by the applause at the opening of the clip, provided by E! Online, Coven and Fleetwood fans alike will not be disappointed!

Tune into American Horror Story: Coven episode 10 “The Magical Delights of Stevie Nicks” tomorrow, Wednesday, January 8 at 10 p.m. ET on FX.
