Scott McCall
Right now Scott is still recovering from the breakup of his first time love, Allison. Although he’s young and at the very beginning of his romantic life, Scott probably isn’t quite ready to jump into the whole dating scene again. But once his heart finishes healing (and the Alpha Pack situation is dealt with) Scott is going to need a person that is as kind as they are strong. Someone who is prepared for the unconventional life the boy will always have. Someone resilient and brave, loving and trustworthy. Maybe to the teenagers eyes Allison is the only girl who can fill that role, but who knows. Maybe he’s already met his new love interest and he doesn’t even know it yet…
Skills: Super strength, Speed, Special healing abilities, Can grow hair on command.
Hobbies: Channeling his inner superhero, Reading wolf themed books, Distracting himself from his ex-girlfriend Allison Argent, Getting into trouble with his best friend Stiles.
Turn On’s: Girls with long dark hair, Fair completion, Have an affinity for weapons, Names that rhyme with Smallison Smargent.
Turn Off’s: Anything that’s not the above. Also, don’t ask him to join your pack.
Weaknesses: Mountain Ash, and Allison.
Stiles Stilinski
Stiles hasn’t had a lot of luck in the romance department. Not because he isn’t attentive, charming, or attractive but mostly because he’s stuck in a town where people are completely oblivious. Beacon Hills is literally the only place on planet earth where Stiles Stilinski wouldn’t have massive amounts of game. That’s not to say the boy should just be with anyone. It’ll take a special kind of person to get the Stilinski juices flowing. He needs someone that will challenge him as much as grounds him. Someone that can appreciate his bitter undertones and biting wit. But most importantly, he needs someone loyal that will love him unconditionally. (It wouldn’t hurt if they were devastatingly beautiful.)
Skills: Researching, Obsessing, Instinctively knowing who the bad guys are, Containing a ‘Spark.’
Hobbies: Pining after beautiful girls way out of his league, Having his car repaired, Not getting eaten by werewolves, Pissing werewolves off.
Turn On’s: Stunningly beautiful people, with perhaps a lot of muscles and stubble (?), Snark, Sass, A bitchy attitude with kindness underneath.
Turn Off’s: Douchbaginess, Senseless violence, and Death
Weaknesses: Being able to ask for what he needs, Can’t punch a werewolf through a wall.
Derek Hale
The list of things Derek needs in a romantic partner are pretty long. At the same time, he isn’t looking for anything more than a simple partnership between two people. Someone who’s going to understand that having your last relationship literally GO UP IN FLAMES is going to leave its mark. Though seeing him as a wounded fellow won’t do either. Derek’s looking for a fresh start. Someone who’ll take things slow and not expect more from him than he can give is really important. He’ll need a person to see the charm in his grumpy demeanor, and who will be totally at ease with the whole werewolf thing. Also, some personal references or a background check might not be a bad idea either.
Skills: Stalking, Violently ripping apart his enemies, Pushing people away.
Hobbies: Exuding man-pain, Lurking in dark corners, Missing his family, and avoiding talking about it.
Turn On’s: Mouthy teenagers that press his buttons (?), Damsels in distress (?), People who don’t engage in arson for fun.
Turn Off’s: Sunshine and rainbows, Overly peppy people, Bright color pallets.
Weaknesses: Expressing feelings, Thinking rationally.
Isaac Lahey
Isaac hasn’t had very many nice things in his like. So he tends to be attracted to those he can put on a pedestal. That’s not to say that he needs someone perfect or pure, but someone who he can model himself after in a positive light would be beneficial. The bad kind of influence may leave a lasting impression on the boy. Isaac is snarky and a little jaded, rightly so, but he proves himself to be a loyal companion by the choices he makes and who he believes in trusting. Whoever he decides to be with will need certain skill sets. They’ll have to appreciate his aching beauty, resist inappropriate moments of ‘the smolder,’ and be supportive of scarf loving habits.
Skills: Pulling off the hipster scarf, Smoldering, Healing puppies.
Hobbies: Getting tortured and abused, Snarking and sassing everyone he comes in contact with, Helping save the day.
Turn On’s: Pretty girls with sweet faces that could still probably break him, Floppy haired boys that are nice, Protectiveness and Loyalty.
Turn Off’s: Cruelty.
Weaknesses: Scarves.
Vernon Boyd
Boyd probably isn’t in the best headspace right now to be dating anyone. After being abducted for three months and having the girl he may or may not have had feelings for die – well, it kind of puts a damper on the whole romance thing. That said, eventually he’ll be on the market again and someone will be more than happy to get involved with all that. Boyd should look for someone who’s going to balance him out. Often reserved and a little shy, someone with a more outgoing spirit may be good for him. He’s a protector, logical with a good head on his shoulders, but knowing how to step away from that role is his weakness. His mate will need to appreciate his reserved behavior.
Skills: Bravery, Strength, Courage.
Hobbies: Escaping crappy situations, Learning how to be the kind of leader he’d like to be.
Turn On’s: Non-crazy dramatic people.
Turn Off’s: Being overlooked, Feeling alone.
Weaknesses: Can be overly stoic.
Sheriff Stilinski
The truth is Sheriff Stilinski doesn’t have a lot of time to be dating around. Between the exponential murder rate of Beacon Hills and being a single parent of a hyperactive teenage boy, he has his hands full. It’s a sad truth though because the Sheriff is quite a loving and good man. His strong moral code and dedication to helping others, not to mention the Stilinski-no-BS attitude… It’s something plenty of people would be attracted to. When, or if, he’s ever truly ready to move on from his deceased wife he’ll need to find someone just as good for Stiles as they are for him. Someone who’s a good influence and someone who Stiles gets along with. Without that, he’ll never be satisfied anyways.
Skills: Policing, Being a dad, Cleaning up after his son/werewolves.
Hobbies: Solving weird murders, Giving pep talks, Figuring what the heck is actually going on in Beacon Hills.
Turn On’s: People who would be good with his son, Vacation time, Kindness.
Turn Off’s: Unjust violence, Hospitals.
Weaknesses: Slow on the werewolf uptake.
Deucalion
Oh Deucalion. Does he even believe in love? We’re not even sure yet… This super-wolf isn’t likely to be one for roses and candlelit dinners (although he may surprise us just for the sake of irony). Deucalion is a busy Alpha-Alpha. He has plenty of murder, manipulation, and strategic planning to do. One can’t toy with their enemies without lots of preparation and work. So, whoever wants to match themselves with this villain will need to be as equally focused on destruction or have a quality that intrigues the Alpha enough to keep him interested. Or else…
Skills: Killing, Maming, Intimidating.
Hobbies: Taking over the world, Collecting Alphas with talent, Plotting and scheming.
Turn On’s: A talent for destruction, Snark and a villainous turn of phrase.
Turn Off’s: Weakness.
Weaknesses: Refuses to have any.
