Four Japanese actors have joined the cast of the X-Men Origins: Wolverine sequel, directed by James Mangold.

From SuperHeroHype:

Hiroyuki Sanada (“Lost,” Rush Hour 3, The Last Samurai) is set to play Shingen; veteran actor Hal Yamanouchi (The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, Push, Sinbad of the Seven Seas) plays Yashida; and new discoveries Tao Okamoto and Rila [frick]ushima will star as Mariko and Yukio, respectively.

If you need a refresher, you’ll find that the character played by Hal Yamanouchi is “Yashida”, which is the family name of many characters that end up crossing paths with Wolverine during his story in the “Wolverine Japan Saga”, which this film is being based on.
