The first live performances of the season on The Voice produced the first live results show, eliminating eight contestants – including a couple surprises.
Team Adam and Team Blake joined forces again to sing Kelly Clarkson’s “Stronger” to start off the show. Christina and Cee Lo’s teams later performed Train’s “Drive By.”
Adam Levine and Maroon 5 showed the contestants how it’s done by taking the stage to debut the band’s new single, “Daylight.” Season 2 winner of The Voice, Jermaine Paul, then returned to the show to perform “I Believe In This Life.”
