Bethesda and ZeniMax have opened beta signups for the upcoming Elder Scrolls MMO, the imaginatively named Elder Scrolls Online. To mark the occasion, a six-minute cinematic trailer titled “The Alliances” has been unveiled.
Funcom, the company behind games such as Age of Conan, Anarchy Online and most recently, The Secret World, has announced that it is developing a massively multiplayer online game based on the Lego Minifigures franchise.
Yesterday’s announcement of The Elder Scrolls Online by Zenimax Online gave the gaming community more questions than answers, but some leaked magazine scans provide some of the answers Elder Scrolls fans had been looking for.
What has long been rumored is now reality. The Elder Scrolls franchise is making the jump from expansive single-player RPG to an MMO with The Elder Scrolls Online with Zenimax Online Studios behind the project.
Funcom’s upcoming MMO, The Secret World, is now available for pre-order. Everyone who pre-orders will get some exclusive in-game bonuses and guaranteed access to future beta weekends.
