30 Rock has always been a finely tuned joke trebuchet. Much in the same way people from Seattle  say “Don’t like the weather? Wait 20 minutes,” longtime viewers of 30 Rock could also assure themselves “didn’t like that last one-liner? Wait 20 seconds.” But thankfully, human beings usually require a little more from their art…otherwise networks would just air a slowly scrolling list of “yo mama” jokes in 30 minute increments (don’t get any ideas, CBS).

NBC has released four new clips from 30 Rock’s last two episodes, airing this Thursday, January 31. Four clips is certainly more than their weekly usual but its done every day a network can promote the series finale of one of the best sitcoms in recent history.

Salma Hayek has added herself to the ever-growing list of guest stars who will head to 30 Rock for the show’s series finale on January 31.

30 Rock won’t end for us, the viewers, until Thursday January 31. But for many of the cast and crew involved with the show for the past seven-plus years, the end is today.

Jack Donaghy is sticking around 30 Rockefeller Plaza. Universal Television (the TV arm of NBC Universal…so basically NBC) has signed a two-year deal with 30 Rock star Alec Baldwin to create, produce and potentially star in new shows for the network.

It’s less than 48 hours until the much anticipated Lemon-Cross wedding (that would not be a bad hyphenated last name, all things considered), where wedding bells will ring out across 3o Rockefeller Plaza. NBC has decided to commemorate this joyous occasion with a handful of photos from the season’s seventh episode, “Mozel Tov, Dummies”

There must be a lot of truly sad moments and conflicted emotions that accompany the ending of a long-running TV series. But there is always one unreservedly awesome bright spot: free stuff! And two 30 Rock stars, Alec Baldwin and Jack McBrayer have revealed what items from the 30 Rock set they’re most eager to take home.

It looks like 30 Rock is going to make good on its election-themed “to be continued” this week according to two new clips from episode five, “There is No I in America.”
