Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy has added another leading man to its ensemble cast. Actor Benicio Del Toro has reportedly been cast in Marvel’s 2014 futuristic, alien superhero film.
It looks like an oft-rumored historical figure is finally getting a film, as Benicio del Toro is set to portray Colombian cocaine trafficker Pablo Escobar in the romantic-thriller Paradise Lost.
Cameron Diaz (Bad Teacher, Charlie’s Angels) and Benicio del Toro (Traffic, Sin City) have been cast opposite each other in the upcoming action-comedy, penned by the Stuart Little screenwriter Greg Brooker.
