Learning about recreating Princess Leia should be a particularly enticing part of the Rogue One Blu-ray. It was a pleasant surprise seeing the scene in theaters, and many of us watched it days before Carrie Fisher passed away.
‘Rogue One’ deleted scenes: None on the Blu-ray?
The Easter eggs featurette should be fun to watch too, but did you notice something big missing? Yes, deleted scenes are not mentioned in the special feature list. This is an interesting development, because it was well-reported the movie underwent extensive reshoots. There’s likely a huge number of scenes that hit the cutting room floor, many of which may no longer relate to the final story. Are they not included because they’d conflict with canon?
