It appears as though 2013 will be the year of Pokémon, in that major stories, such as a Gen VI Eeveelution, an iOS and Android TV app, and Pokémon Rumble for the Wii U have been cropping up consistently.
The first big Pokémon news story is of an Eeveelution for Gen VI being revealed. It’s name is ‘Ninfia,’ as was revealed in the latest issue of the Japanese magazine CoroCoro. Ninfia is the translated Japanese name for the Victini-looking creature.

The type, English name, and method of evolution for Ninfia has not yet been confirmed. However, there is talk amongst fans of Ninfia’s type potentially be either flying, or a new unconfirmed Gen VI type, such as light or sound.

Lastly, the latest in the Rumble series has been announced in the same issue of CoroCoro as the Ninfia release. According to Bulbanews.net, the game will allow players to take control of all 649 Pokémon from Gens I-V, and will be a download-only game for the Wii U.
