Mitch finished went to see the location of Twin Peaks even though he has not seen the show. Damn, that diner is crowded. Brittany went to a taping of The Late Show and fell for the producer’s trick to hide Jon Stewart. Caitlin has a new niece who will be living much, much closer to her!

Buffy the Vampire Slayer season 4, episode 4, “Fear, Itself”:
-Fear is coming to life!
-Buffy is afraid of being alone, Willow is afraid of losing control of her magic, Xander is ignored, and Oz cannot control his transformation
-This episode once again reminds us of the “Wish” universe
Buffy is really good at hiding subtle clues throughout the series for us to pick up on
-FEAR… is not so scary
-The house is from AHS: Murder House and the Black Power Ranger summons FEAR!
-Giles tries to warn Buffy, but like… she has her own agenda (they are the best)
-Anya is afraid of bunnies, amazing
-The end of the episode felt more sitcom than other episodes and we loved it
-Who are these army guys? What do they want? Should Giles give them some chocolate?

Angel season 1, episode 4, “I Fall to Pieces”:
Angel is setting a precedent of tackling more “mature” themes
-The attacker is a human with supernatural power, but it is a very human issue
-Kate seems to have personal stakes in the cases that Angel brings her
-Do we want Kate to remain neutral romantically, or do we want her involved in the group a bit more?
-Parallel between the Doctor and Angelus– did we notice?
-Brittany still likes Angelus
-Cordelia and Doyle sing some Destiny’s Child about paying those bills
-Do you think we need some ships in the show?
-How are we feeling about the procedural story structure of Angel?
-We are world building in Angel and it is time to get deeper into the world!
-Who is this law group? Is Doyle a part of it?
-Can we trust them? Give us an overarching plot, please!
-So many OJ references
-No face to the villain if it is the law firm

-Favorite lines

Listener Feedback:
-More visual perspectives
-Why didn’t Angel sparkle?!
-Being a vampire is lonely business
-A WILD BOULDER APPEARS!
-Defense of Angel throwing the ring into the fire

Mitch’s Musings:
-Buffy might get white girl wasted, get with Parker, admit her feelings about Angel and vow never to drink again.
-Angel gets on AOL instant messaging! What would Angel’s away message be?
