It’s time to start our Glee season 2 flashbacks with 2×03 “Grilled Cheesus” and 2×04 “Duets.”

Glee season 2, episode 3, “Grilled Cheesus”
– The plots are very well focused in this particular episode.
– Finn has an affinity to Christ sandwiches.
– Ryan Murphy HAD to do something that would offend a large group of people.
– Kurt continues to play the victim, and Jack really does not like it.
– Although Kurt is unlikable, his acting begins to get phenomenal.
– Caitlin informs us on the separation of church and state issue.
– Is Sue being too intrusive due to the severity of the situation?
– Jack and Natalie have different views on how Mercedes is approaching the situation.
– Natalie agrees a little more with Puck on his views.
– Emma is a great guidance counsellor to Finn.
– Does this episode deserve the constant praise that it gets?
– “Losing My Religion” is Caitlin’s favourite song of all time. This makes Jack very happy.
– “I Want To Hold Your Hand” is a stand out moment for Kurt. Is it the actors or characters crying here?
– Child Kurt is eerily similar to Chris Colfer.
– Although a dark episode, the comedic elements were golden.

Glee season 2, episode 4, “Duets”
– This is one of Natalie’s favourite episodes of Glee.
– Finchel are CRAZY and it is epic. It is great to see them behave as best friends.
– Sam Evans makes us all swoon.
– Is Santana beginning to show intense denial in her sexuality?

– The Asian jokes are a bit offensive, although very well done.
– Sam and Quinn are very bland together, but it is nice.
– Finally someone is calling Kurt out. Finn does this in a very patient and well-spoken way.
– Tartie or Tike for Season 6?
– All of the music was fantastic (even “With You I’m Born Again”)
– “River Deep Mountain High” is one of Jack’s favorite Glee songs ever.
– Natalie appreciates the use of “Le Jazz Hot” with Kurt.
– “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart” is so Finchel.
– More Sam Evans swooning…
