One Republic has released the music video for the band’s newest single – “Feel Again” – evoking a Colorado-meets-Vegas feel with its combination of the outdoors and colorful lights.
Frontman Ryan Tedder kicks off the music video alone in the woods at dusk where he picks up a bright orb. As night falls, colorful lights lead him deeper into the woods as the song’s tempo increases. With lights that could give the Vegas strip a run for its money as a backdrop, he then joins his band as dancers (campers?) sway to “Feel Again.”
The Colorado Springs band released the new track in the U.S., Canada and Mexico Monday with a portion of the proceeds going to Save the Children to provide life-saving care for children in remote villages.
One Republic’s third studio album, the yet unnamed follow-up to 2009’s Waking Up, which produced the hit single “Good Life,” is expected to be released later this year. As the band tweeted in April, other songs that could make it into the new album include “What U Wanted,” “Burning Bridges” and “Let’s Get Lost.”
