Fandoms collide! Harry Potter star Matthew Lewis revealed his Stranger Things obsession with the help of his new friend Millie Bobby Brown.
The world is obsessed with Stranger Things, Netflix’s surprise summer hit featuring a cast of ’80s kids solving supernatural mysteries in a sleepy American town. (And, er, there’s a lot more going on too — read about it in our season 1 review!)

Apparently the Stranger Things fever has spread to the Wizarding World, too: Matthew Lewis, best known for his role as Neville Longbottom in Harry Potter, evidently loves Stranger Things so much he’s dedicated his XI tattoo to her! (Edit: We previously reported that the tattoo was new, but several Matt Lewis tattoo connoisseurs have made us aware that he’s had it for years. Thanks for the info!)
The character is of course Eleven — or XI in Roman numerals — who is played by Millie Bobby Brown. And look who popped up in the Instagram picture announcing his new obsession:

The pair were (sadly) not uniting for an amazing Neville-meets-Eleven crossover movie. They were both attendees at Dallas Comic Con this past weekend, and decided to document their meeting.
Matthew Lewis — and the rest of the known universe — should be thrilled with the news that Stranger Things is coming back for a second season, which premieres on Netflix in 2017.
