Issa Rae and Insecure have been getting a lot of love on social media, with Issa Rae tweeting about being “nervous and excited” for the show to premiere:

We were very excited, too, to see none other than Shonda Rhimes herself spread awareness for the new series:

Insecure is a half-hour comedy centering around the “awkward experiences and racy tribulations” of Issa Rae’s character. The eight-episode first season also stars Yvonne Orji, Jay Ellis and Lisa Joyce.

The series doesn’t have a premiere date yet, but watch this space. Is it fall already?!
