The new Humble Bundle launches not with a collection of recent indie games as per usual but with full retail releases from publisher THQ.
The Humble THQ Bundle includes Darksiders, Metro 2033, Red Faction: Armageddon, Company of Heroes and two expansions for the game, Opposing Fronts and Tales of Valor along with the soundtracks for each title.
Users who beat the average payment will also receive Saints Row: The Third.
Though this is the first time the Humble Bundle has included non-indie titles in its lineup, the same rules from previous iterations apply. Users can still pay what they want (above $1) for the bundle and are able to dictate how much of their money goes to THQ, the Humble Bundle or charity.
The Humble THQ Bundle has already drawn some criticism from players, specifically for not including Linux or Mac versions and for not including versions of the game without DRM.
The publisher has been in financial trouble as of late, with the publisher seeking and finding outside financial help as well as delaying three titles due out next year.
Sequels to both Company of Heroes and Metro 2033 are due out early next year while a Darksiders sequel released earlier this year.
