On last week’s episode of Glee, New Directions took the stage at Sectionals for possibly the last time. They put on a fantastic performance against both Vocal Adrenaline and The Falconers, and they were able to come out on top and save the arts at McKinley High. Jesse St. James made his big return to Lima in order to persuade Rachel to return to Broadway with him, but Rachel informs him that she’s returning to NYADA to finish school. She promises this won’t be the last they see of each other and the pair share a kiss before Rachel leaves for Sectionals.

Tonight on the series finale, we’ll be treated with both a flashback to the pilot episode and a flashforward to five years in the future. One question we have on our minds, though, is how do the writers plan on handling Finn’s storyline in the flashbacks? We’re not sure if they will edit together old footage or if they will just have his plot happen off screen. Either way, we’re sure to see an amazing tribute to the late Corey Monteith.
