The machines of violence churn into motion from Dorne to Meereen on Game of Thrones season 5, episode 4.
The episode, titled “The Sons of the Harpy,” will also include the rise of religious militants in Kings Landing, leaving crucial relationships in jeopardy.
On last week’s episode of Game of Thrones, Arya took her first steps toward becoming a Faceless Man after abandoning the trappings of her old life – except for her sword Needle. In Winterfell, Sansa found herself maneuvered into a betrothal with Ramsay Bolton, while distrust percolated between Roose and Littlefinger. In Kings Landing, Tommen and Margaery were married, and Cersei appointed the “High Sparrow” as the leader of the Faith to combat Margaery’s influence.

Up at the Wall, Lord Commander Jon Snow executed Janos Slynt for refusing to obey an order, earning the respect of Stannis Baratheon, while Tyrion found himself the object of unwanted attention – and kidnapping by Jorah Mormont – in Volantis.
“The Sons of the Harpy” will return viewers to Dorne, where fans will finally meet Oberyn Martell’s legendary bastard daughters, the Sand Snakes. Obara, Tyene, and Nymeria Sand – each born of different mothers – are the oldest and most violent of the Red Viper’s children… and like Ellaria, they are definitely not taking Oberyn’s death lying down.
