Arya arrives in Braavos as several characters make unexpected connections on Game of Thrones season 5, episode 2.
The episode, titled “The House of Black and White,” will also introduce key players in the kingdom of Dorne. And as the teaser for tonight’s episode suggests, Game of Thrones season 5, episode 2 will force other characters into making crucial — but complicated — decisions.
Overall, it looks like “The House of Black and White” will considerably amp up the action from last week’s season premiere. In the premiere of Game of Thrones, Cersei fought with Jaime at Tywin’s funeral, while becoming aware of a new religious element flooding Kings Landing. Sansa and Littlefinger set off for an unknown location, while Tyrion arrived in Pentos and allowed Varys to convince him to see what Daenerys Targaryen might have to offer the Seven Kingdoms.

Dany herself found violence at her doorstep, as one of her Unsullied was murdered by the Sons of the Harpy. She also rejected supplications to reopen the fighting pits of Meereen, and found that two of her dragons are in a decidedly rebellious faze.
And up at the Wall, Jon Snow tried in vain to convince Mance Rayder to bend the knee to Stannis Baratheon, and commit the wildlings to fight for the king. Mance refused and was burned by Melisandre — though Jon ended his suffering with an arrow.

Game of Thrones season 5, episode 2 will introduce viewers to Doran Martell, the Prince of Dorne. As the older brother of Prince Oberyn, Doran will be facing serious pressure to avenge his brother’s death in Tyrion’s trial.
Still photos from “The House of Black and White” also suggest that drama will developing up at the Wall, while Cersei and Jaime face a threat in Kings Landing, and oh yeah, dragon!
