Readers of E.L. James’ Fifty Shades of Grey are about to have the opportunity to put their money where their mouth is. An official collection of toys found in the hot trilogy are being released under a Fifty Shades brand and are approved by the author.

The toys were developed in association with Lovehoney and will be available in the United Kingdom and Australia before Christmas. “This range is what I always imagined while I was writing Fifty Shades of Grey, I’m so excited that the toys I described in the books have come to life and can now be enjoyed around the world,” said James.

Lovehoney CEO Neal Slateford added, “We’re thrilled to have worked with E L James to develop the Fifty Shades of Grey range, The Trilogy has introduced generations of women to the joys of pleasure products. Now at last they can buy a range that truly reflects the world of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele.”

The toys range in price from £10 and £50 and come in Fifty Shades bags to keep them safe and branded. The names of the toys were inspired by what’s seen in the books. The “Sweet Sting – Riding Crop,” for example, is priced at £16.99 and is referenced during this line of the book: “He starts small, biting licks of the crop against my belly once more…until finally, that’s it – I can take no more…”
