We may have had three weeks off, but Sherlock Holmes and Joan Watson have been keeping busy in our downtime. On tonight’s Elementary season 3, episode 18, “The View From Olympus,” Sherlock and Joan investigate a murder that puts a ride share company’s tracking into question.

The weather in New york City has not thawed much since Elementary left the case of the cryogenically frozen bodies. Sherlock and Joan tackled a case of familial obligation in both Joan’s personal life and that of a man who needed bone marrow from an unwilling relative. Sherlock may not hold a bond with his blood relatives, but he does find a family in Joan and helps Mary Watson.

Tonight on ‘Elementary’
Sherlock and Joan take on a case involving a ride share company using the namesake of the greek gods to make its business. In “The View From Olympus,” Sherlock pushes the apparent cabbie versus ride share territory battle to his peripheral vision as a personal matter takes most of his attention.
In a clip from this week’s episode the “sex blanket” is back in the study as Sherlock prepares to welcome a house guest for the week.
Sherlock is not only getting down and dirty at home, but also on the crime scene. Not many detectives would drop down and smell a frozen pile of liquid on the streets to get a lead.
