We go back to London on this week’s Elementary season 3, episode 12 to find out how Kitty met Sherlock. Watch a clip from the episode here!
Kitty’s captor may have some deep ties, but his time in hiding is running out. At the close of last week’s Elementary, Kitty identified the man who took her in London, not as the suspect recently found murdered, but as Joan’s new boss. If she is right, tomorrow’s Elementary season 3, episode 12, “The One That Got Away,” could reveal that Gruner is indeed the man responsible for kidnapping Kitty in London.
In the first sneak peek for this week’s episode, Joan and Sherlock weigh the probability of Leda’s man in charge having a twisted hobby on the side.
Funny thing about coincidences, though they may seem impossible, sometimes all the dots connect to the reveal one obvious solution. In this case, Joan’s company phone and her new boss were using her to gain access to Kitty. With the entirety of their detective prowess turned toward finding Kitty’s abductor, it makes sense that Gruner took the necessary steps to cover his identity.
As they say, keep your enemies close.
Sherlock has only briefly mentioned how he and Kitty became aquatinted in London. The story goes that he recognized her talent for noticing the details that the police skimmed over in their reports. But how did they begin working together? And what were those first few interactions like?
In a second clip from “The One That Got Away,” Sherlock formally introduces himself to a still scared and untrusting Kitty.
Sherlock hints at his involvement with MI6 in his introduction, but announces that he is there as her last hope to help find a missing boy. As the episode continues we are sure that it is not the last time Kitty and Sherlock will see each other as their last hope.
