You might remember that earlier this week we wrote about Destiny’s Child’s announcement of a new compilation album along with a brand new original recording by the group.
Today, the trio released their newest track “Nuclear” in an online exclusive to the popular tech and entertainment website Mashable.
“Nuclear” is Destiny’s Child’s first original track since 2005. Listen below:
With their upcoming compilation disk, Love Songs, the slow jam is an added bonus to a collection of the group’s popular love songs and ballads over the course of their career.
Co-written by Pharell Williams and Michelle Williams, the R&B track features classic Destiny’s Child’s soulful lyrics. The vocal production, aided by Beyonce Knowles, makes “Nuclear” a reminder of the group’s sultry yet smooth sound.
Fans can pre-order Love Songs, which will be released on Jan. 29
Love Songs will feature 14 tracks recorded by the group from 1997-2004.
