Karen Rought

Karen Rought is a writer, blogger, and all around nerd who currently lives in Upstate New York. She spends most of her spare time reading, watching superhero movies, and pretending she can sing. She’s a Potterhead, a Oncer, and a recently realized Whovian.

Karen is working on her debut novel, an urban fantasy that promises to finally be The One. She’s full of ideas, but her fingers can never quite keep up with her brain. She works full time for a local company that sells antiques and collectibles on eBay. Her boss’ idea of a typical Friday afternoon is to take everyone out for lunch and go on a shopping spree at the local antique store.

She spends a lot of her time on Hypable behind the scenes, like the Wizard of Oz behind the curtain, but she also covers Teen Wolf and Percy Jackson soon, and can be found on several podcasts.
