Assassin’s Creed III is hitting store shelves starting tomorrow and Ubisoft has released a launch trailer to prove it.
The over two-minute trailer continues the marketing blitz surrounding the title, delves more into the protagonist’s backstory and offers glimpses of brutal combat and even some action at sea.
Assassin’s Creed III releases on October 30 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. A Wii U version will be available at the system’s launch on November 18 and PC owners will be able to play November 20.

Earlier today, it was revealed that Assassin’s Creed III will be supported by micro-transactions in addition to the retail cost. Erudito Credits will be available to purchase through online marketplaces or with earned in-game credits and seem to net you upgrades and weapons in the multiplayer mode. It is suggested the system should be familiar to anyone who has played Mass Effect 3‘s multiplayer offerings.
