Actress Anne Hathaway performed piano covers of rap songs on Tuesday’s The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon with the late night host.
As you would expect from Fallon’s Tonight Show, the rap songs weren’t sung as you’d expect. He and the Les Miserables actress turned them into showtunes you’d see on Broadway with only vocals and a piano.
The duo performed a handful of songs in a medley of sorts. Snoop Dog’s “Gin and Juice,” 50 Cent’s “In Da Club (It’s Your Birthday)” and Kendrick Lamar’s “Bitch Don’t Kill My Vibe.” The Lamar song rounded out the trio of performances and found Hathaway turning the final verses into an anthem as she hopped up on the piano.
Fallon hilariously struggled to “play” the piano (which was actually being played by one of the members of his in-house band The Roots), but it was sexually stimulating to Hathaway nonetheless.
